    Finish the UPI debit

    Pay the recharge in PhonePe, Paytm or Google Pay and approve the OTP in that app. Wait until the receipt shows the payment succeeded.

    Copy 12 to 22 characters

    Open the paid transfer and copy the UTR, UPI reference number or UPI transaction ID. Take the full string shown on the receipt.

    Paste it on the order

    In 1GO Plus, open the deposit order for this recharge and paste the reference into the UTR field, then submit it.

    Give it 1 to 3 minutes

    UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits are estimated to credit in 1 to 3 minutes. Watch the same order until the recharge shows in INR.

What does a 1GO Plus UTR look like?

A 1GO Plus UTR is the 12 to 22 character reference a UPI app prints after your recharge debit succeeds. 1GO Plus matches it to the deposit order while that PhonePe, Paytm or Google Pay payment is waiting to credit.

Where is it inside PhonePe, Paytm and Google Pay?

Open the successful debit in the UPI app that paid 1GO Plus. The receipt names the reference UTR, UPI reference number or UPI transaction ID. Copy that 12 to 22 character value from the screen below.

How do you attach it to the deposit order?

Back in 1GO Plus, open the deposit order and paste the 12 to 22 characters into the UTR field. You reach that receipt only after the UPI OTP, or the app approval on your mobile number, goes through in PhonePe, Paytm or Google Pay. The rail choices sit in the UPI deposit guide.

Confirm the UTR matched your recharge

Submit the UTR once the receipt shows a successful debit and the order is still waiting to credit. The matched recharge then posts in INR. See it in your transaction history. If the order stays open past the 1 to 3 minute UPI window, read what happens while a deposit is waiting.

Is the deposit order number the same as my UTR?
The order number is your recharge record inside 1GO Plus. The UTR is the separate 12 to 22 character reference from the UPI receipt. Paste that reference into the field on the order so the debit and the recharge match.
Does a USDT deposit use a UTR too?
The 12 to 22 character UTR matches a UPI app deposit that is paid and waiting to credit. A USDT deposit on TRC20 or BEP20 is matched on its own deposit order, by the network and amount shown on screen.
I paid by QR code in PhonePe. Which number do I paste?
A QR code recharge paid from PhonePe is a UPI debit, so the receipt on that payment carries the UTR. Copy the full 12 to 22 character reference and paste it under the 1GO Plus deposit order while the recharge is waiting to credit.
Will 1GO Plus SMS the UTR to my mobile number?
Your UPI app prints the UTR on the PhonePe, Paytm or Google Pay receipt, and you paste it under the deposit order. The SMS OTP from 1GO Plus goes to your Indian mobile number at sign-up to confirm the account.
