Which mobile number opens the account?

A 1GO Plus inactive account opens with the Indian mobile number (+91) used at registration and confirmed by an SMS one-time password. The invite code field is optional at sign-up, so a return uses the mobile number on the profile. Follow the 1GO Plus login steps for the sign-in screen.

Read the rupee balance on the account screen

The account screen shows the balance in Indian rupees (₹). The payout route bound to the account is a UPI ID or a bank account number with IFSC. Those details remain on the profile opened with your mobile number. Online customer service handles a change to the UPI ID or the bank details.

Put the icon back on your phone

Android players download the APK from the 1GO site and allow installs from this source in Android settings. On iPhone or iPad, open the page in Safari and add the 1GO configuration profile. The icon then sits on the home screen, ready for your Indian mobile number.

Ask for a new password or a support reply

A new password is set through the password reset steps, with your registered mobile number kept ready. The Customer Support Department answers through the support form and online customer service links in the site and app, starting at the customer support form where you describe the account.

Your balance is a sign-in away

Open 1GO Plus with your Indian mobile number and read the INR balance on the account screen. New players grab ₹100 free.

Inactive account questions

Should I register again for 1GO Plus?
Use the Indian mobile number already on the account. That profile holds the INR balance and the bound payout details, a UPI ID or a bank account number with IFSC. Recharge or withdraw from this profile after you read the account screen.
What do I submit if a UPI recharge awaits credit?
A UPI, PayTM or PhonePe recharge is estimated to credit in 1 to 3 minutes. When a paid UPI recharge still awaits credit, submit the UTR under the deposit order. The reference is 12 to 22 characters from the UPI receipt.
How soon does a withdrawal land?
A withdrawal pays in INR to the saved UPI ID or the bank account number with IFSC. It usually lands in about 5 minutes. Bank-side delays can occasionally take the credit past 2 hours.
Where do VIP withdrawal benefits show?
Higher VIP levels add free withdrawals and a higher maximum daily withdrawal. The withdrawal screen shows the daily limitation, the turnover requirement, the commission per withdrawal and the free withdrawals left for your level. Read that screen after you sign in.
