Add your payout detail

  1. 1
    Open your account

Sign in with the Indian mobile number you used to join 1GO Plus. Withdrawal details bind to this player account.

  2. 2
    Enter UPI or bank

Save a UPI ID, or save a bank account number with the IFSC. 1GO Plus pays INR to that withdrawal detail.

  3. 3
    Keep the binding

The UPI ID or the account number and IFSC stay bound to this one account on the site and in the app.

  4. 4
    Update through support

Ask the Customer Support Department, via the support form or online customer service, to replace the bound payout detail.

Which detail should I save?

A 1GO Plus bank account is your bank payout route: an account number plus IFSC. The other withdrawal detail is a UPI ID. Both pay Indian rupees on the player account you opened with your mobile number. Your 1GO Plus account details hold the wider profile.

What do I enter for the bank route?

Enter the account number and the IFSC for the bank account that should receive rupees. 1GO Plus binds that pair to your player account as the bank withdrawal detail. A UPI payout binds the UPI ID, and both routes pay INR. Later edits go through the Customer Support Department.

How does binding work on my account?

Saving a UPI ID or a bank account number with IFSC binds those withdrawal details to that one player account. 1GO Plus then sends INR cash-outs to this saved route, on the site and in the app. Online customer service handles a replacement.

How do I change a saved payout detail?

Open the support form or the online customer service links inside the 1GO Plus site or app. The Customer Support Department handles changes to the bound UPI ID or the account number and IFSC. When you are ready to cash out, follow how to withdraw from 1GO Plus.

Where does a recharge UTR fit?

The UPI ID you bind receives INR withdrawals. PhonePe, PayTM and Google Pay can recharge the balance through UPI. When a UPI recharge is paid and the balance is still waiting to update, submit its UTR under the deposit order using matching a 1GO Plus UTR.

Claim ₹100 after you bind

Save your UPI ID or bank account once and every payout lands in about 5 minutes. Save the account number and IFSC, and ask customer service whenever those details should change.

Bank account FAQ

How fast does money reach my 1GO Plus bank account?
A withdrawal to your saved UPI ID or bank account usually lands in about 5 minutes, in Indian rupees. When the delay is on the bank side, the same payout can take past 2 hours. Your bound details stay the destination.
What is the IFSC on a 1GO Plus bank account?
IFSC is entered with the account number so 1GO Plus can bind your bank withdrawal details. The pair sits on one player account and INR payouts use it. A UPI cash-out uses the UPI ID. Corrections go through online customer service.
I recharge with USDT. Can that be my withdrawal account?
Withdrawals pay in INR to a saved UPI ID or to a bank account number with IFSC. USDT (Tether) on TRC20 and BEP20 is a recharge option. Use it to add funds, and keep the bound bank or UPI detail for rupee payouts.
What should I tell support to change my bank account?
Reach the Customer Support Department via the support form or online customer service. Send the bound UPI ID or the account number and IFSC, and the new UPI ID or the new account number and IFSC, so the team can update your one account.
